Welcome to OhSheNeedsThat. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. General These Terms apply to all users of the site and all purchases made through the site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Products & Pricing All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or discontinue products at any time without notice. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

5. Shipping Shipping times and costs are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds All sales are final after 3 days from the date of delivery. You may request a return only within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. After the 3rd day, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any reason.

To be eligible for a return: the item must be completely unopened and in its original sealed packaging, unused and unworn, with all original tags, packaging, and labels still attached and undamaged. If the product has been opened, tried on, used, or the packaging has been damaged or removed in any way, the return will be automatically denied.

To start a return, email ohsheneedsthat@gmail.com within the 3-day window and include your order number. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the unopened item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping fees). No exceptions will be made.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site (text, images, logos, product designs, etc.) is owned by or licensed to OhSheNeedsThat and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, OhSheNeedsThat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
